BUYING PROCEDURES
We provide our customers with a
door-to-door service by the following steps:
1) Styles: You can choose the
styles either from our web site, or through other
channels. Please tell us the number or description of
the goods.
2) Size and measurement: You
should send us the exact size of the sculpture that we
have to realize.
3) Cost calculation:
a) The production cost is determined by the size, stone (Light
Yellow / Dark) and carving.
b) The package cost: We package every part separately with
plastic and wooden box in order not to be damaged.
c) The transport cost: The transport cost is usually determined
by weight and distance. Alternatively
, you can also get the goods directly by our workshop.
4) Payment: When we have reached an agreement on the
details, we send you a contract by e-mail, you sign it and
return it to us by fax. Then you should deposit 50% the product
in our account with any bank in your city. Once we see your
remittance, we will start working on the project. We will inform
you of the process of our work, sending you photos, etc. You can
pay the remaining 50% on receiving the finished work.
5) Time: From the date you place the order, it usually
takes some weeks to finish a stonework, maybe longer when more
complicated.
6) Warranty: We will contact you during the processing
and send photos to let you know how it is going.
